According To Dictionary, Success means the accomplishment of an aim or purpose.
Now a days, One person might define success as not having to work more than 40 hours a week, another person might define success as having a million dollars in the bank account.
And either way is fine, but that’s the key point — I needed to define the word success…
Because if I didn’t, I’d never get it.
What do I mean?
We all know the importance of goals, and to me, success is hitting your goals.
So, Here we get "okay, now I know what is success now, It means getting goals is success ".
So, How to start for it?
How to work for Success?
Now when we hear how to ACHIEVE.. We all or most of us get only one Word or Thing, Which is "HARDWORK" right?
Why only hardwork comes in your mind? Because from beginning you are instructed/taught like that Hardwork is a key of Success. If it was like that than all the labours, auto-drivers and other hardworking people were being the richest 'cause they do most of the hardwork all the day.
So, Now It is clear that not only hardwork, Success also needs determination, dedication and a bit of aptitude.
So, Where to start?
Start making Goals (a perfect one) and stick to it. Stick to your goal until to didn't get it.
Now, the problem is distraction between you and your goals.
Now, What are the Distractions?
Games, Social Media and more. We all have whatsapp, instagram, facebook and more. This all are not the distractions these we all need or we use now a days but when you get more towards they become a distractions. So, we can't avoid all this fully, Because you can't whe you try to do so you will be more distracted. So you have to give not equal importance but 70-30 or 80-20. 80 to your goals and 20 to others. And the instance you feel that when you got more towards yours distractions that very moment you think about yourself and parents how they will feel after getting to your success and when you go fail. Think about yourself what are you doing? And that very instance you will achieve your 50% of your goal/success.
Now what about other 50% you will obviously working on it you are doing hardwork but still not getting more close to your goal. For that you need Hardwork + Smartwork = Success.
What is SmartWork?
SMART WORK VS HARD WORK
It is well said that "Effort is important, but knowing where to make an effort makes all difference!"
It can be said that hard work means to work tediously in the same old manner and technique, whereas smart work is to change the manner and technique in which the work is done, in order to improve productivity. It can also be said that hard work means using the same thoughts and ideas that had been utilized before, while a smart worker would try to use those ideas in a newer manner to come up with new and innovating idea of their own to improve productivity.
COMPARISON BETWEEN HARDWORK AND SMART WORK?
